Self Reflection

Meeting Self Reflection:

Meeting in general is when a number of peoples in a specific company gather up to discuss some problems or new ideas to benefit the company itself. It is very useful and effective strategy to overcome some problems that occur to the company where the members of the company share information with themselves.

Our meeting was great as well as our group members did a good job in their roles. I was the minute taker and I wrote down the ideas we shared in the meeting, which was about how to increase student number in the ADMC.

The difference between the practice meeting and the graded meeting is that we knew the topic before we attended the meeting. On the other hand, in the graded meeting, the teacher chose a random topic and gave us 5 minutes to prepare for it. Our group still did an excellent job in the graded meeting as well.

If I will be a manager in the future and happened to organize a meeting, I will think about how to make an interesting, effective and funny meeting where every member of the group participates and help us with his/her knowledge to implement these creative ideas to our company.
